The Bagong Bayani ng Mundo Serbisyo Caravan is set to return to the United Arab Emirates (UAE) to continue providing vital government services to overseas Filipino workers (OFWs), announced Department of Migrant Workers Secretary Hans Leo J. Cacdac.
This announcement follows the successful caravan held in Dubai from January 8–12, 2026, and in Abu Dhabi from January 13–14, 2026. According to Secretary Cacdac, the caravan’s return aims to reach more OFWs who were unable to attend previous events due to work commitments.
The initiative aligns with President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr.’s directive to ensure no Filipino is left behind in accessing government services. The caravan adopts a whole-of-government, one-stop-shop approach, allowing multiple agencies to deliver services efficiently, quickly, and comprehensively.
The Bagong Bayani ng Mundo Serbisyo Caravan serves as a bridge between the Philippine government and OFWs, offering assistance in welfare, legal matters, documentation, and other social services.
With its return to the UAE, the caravan is expected to serve more overseas Filipinos, strengthen government-OFW relations, and reinforce the Bagong Pilipinas advocacy of compassionate and responsive public service.
