Serbisyo Caravan Delivers Essential Government Services to OFWs in Dubai

10 January 2026

OFWs flock to the Serbisyo Caravan in Dubai, gaining easier access to OWWA registration, OFW E-Card processing, and other vital services.

A large number of overseas Filipino workers (OFWs) gathered at the Grand Ballroom of Conrad Hotel Dubai as the Philippine government rolled out its Serbisyo Caravan, a one-stop service initiative designed to bring essential assistance closer to Filipinos working abroad.

The event consolidated multiple government services in a single venue, allowing OFWs to conveniently process important transactions such as OWWA membership registration and renewal, OFW E-Card applications, and other services offered by participating partner agencies. By housing these services under one roof, the caravan significantly reduced processing time and eased the burden of visiting multiple offices.

Organizers emphasized that the Serbisyo Caravan aims to provide faster, more organized, and more efficient access to vital government services while ensuring that OFWs receive proper guidance and support throughout the process. The initiative reflects a coordinated effort among government agencies to improve service delivery for Filipinos overseas.

More than just a service hub, the Serbisyo Caravan underscores the government’s continued commitment to the welfare of OFWs, reinforcing its mission to make public services more accessible, responsive, and people-centered, no matter where Filipinos are in the world.
