The Department of Migrant Workers (DMW), led by Secretary Hans Leo J. Cacdac, in coordination with Undersecretaries Dominique Rubia-Tutay and Jainal T. Rasul, Consul General Ambrosio Brian F. Enciso III, and LTO officials, conducted a courtesy meeting on January 9, 2026 to prepare for the Bagong Bayani ng Mundo: OFW Serbisyo Caravan (Leg 3) in Dubai, scheduled for January 10–11, 2026.

The meeting highlighted the importance of inter-agency coordination to ensure efficient, organized, and accessible services for overseas Filipino workers. Agencies discussed clearly defined roles in addressing OFW concerns, including documentation, medical insurance, and orientation on host country laws and values.

The two-day caravan expects 1,700 beneficiaries on Day 1 and 1,500 on Day 2. The Land Transportation Office (LTO) will provide services such as driver’s license renewal, change of address, and change of marital status.

As Leg 3 of the Serbisyo Caravan approaches, the Department of Migrant Workers and partner agencies reaffirm their commitment to back-to-back Serbilis na Serbisyo, ensuring streamlined, responsive, and accessible government support for Filipino workers abroad.
