LTO Driver’s License Renewal for Filipino Expats in UAE at Serbisyo Caravan 3

Filipinos in UAE can renew driver’s licenses, update records, and change marital or address info through LTO Serbisyo Caravan 3 on Jan 10-11.


The Land Transportation Office (LTO) will be accepting driver’s license renewals, record revisions, and changes to marital status or address exclusively for Filipino citizens residing or working in the UAE during the Bagong Bayani ng Mundo – Serbisyo Caravan Leg 3 on January 10-11, 2026, at the Conrad Hotel, Sheikh Zayed Road, Dubai.

Driver’s License Renewal Requirements:

  • Filled-out Application for Renewal Form (APL Form)

  • Current or expired license card

  • Medical Certificate from an LTO-accredited clinic

  • Comprehensive Driver’s Education (CDE) Certificate via portal account

Fees:

  • Base fee: PHP 585

  • Late renewal:

    • 10 days to 1 year expired: PHP 75

    • 1 to 2 years expired: PHP 150

    • Over 2 years expired: PHP 225 + PHP 100 application fee

Change of Address Requirements:

  • Proof of residency

  • Proof of billing

  • Fee: PHP 100

Change of Marital Status Requirements:

  • PSA Marriage Certificate

  • Fee: PHP 100

Payment Options:

Fees can be paid via Gcash, Visa Debit, or Mastercard through the LTO online portal. Driver’s licenses expired for over two years may still be renewed if originally issued between 2016 and 2023.
