Balik-Bayan NY 2025 Brings Together Filipino-American Innovators to Boost Philippine Startup Ecosystem

Filipino-American founders and leaders gathered in New York for Balik-Bayan NY 2025 to strengthen ties with the Philippines and support its startup ecosystem.
The Philippine Consulate General in New York and the Philippine Trade and Investment Center–New York, in partnership with Endeavor Philippines, recently hosted “Balik-Bayan NY 2025” at the Philippine Center.
The event convened Filipino-American founders, innovation leaders, funders, ecosystem builders, and entrepreneurs for an afternoon of learning, collaboration, and networking. Discussions focused on strengthening ties between global Filipino talent and the Philippines’ rapidly expanding startup ecosystem.
Participants explored opportunities for investment, mentorship, and knowledge exchange aimed at contributing to the country’s economic development. The Balik-Bayan program continues to serve as a platform for bridging diaspora expertise with Philippine innovation initiatives.
