DMW, DataFlow Group Launch Global Digital Contract Verification for OFWs
10 January 2026
DMW and DataFlow Group formalize a partnership in Dubai to roll out a fully digital employment contract verification system for OFWs.
The Department of Migrant Workers (DMW), led by Secretary Hans Leo J. Cacdac, and DataFlow Group, represented by Chief Strategy Officer Amit Gupta, formally sealed their partnership through the signing of a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) on January 9 at the Conrad Hotel in Dubai.
The agreement officially marks the global rollout of the Online Employment Contract Verification System (OECVS), a fully digital platform designed to simplify and modernize employment contract verification for overseas Filipino workers (OFWs). The system allows workers to submit employment contracts, complete payments, and download verified documents online, eliminating the need for lengthy manual processes.
Through OECVS, the DMW aims to provide a faster, more transparent, and more accessible service, ensuring that OFWs can securely process their documents regardless of their location worldwide. The digital platform also strengthens data security and improves efficiency in handling employment-related records.
The initiative highlights the DMW’s continued commitment to digital transformation, reinforcing its goal of enhancing service delivery and improving access to essential government services for Filipinos working abroad. By partnering with DataFlow Group, the department takes a significant step toward modern, secure, and worker-centered solutions for the global Filipino workforce.
